PENNSYLVANIA STATE BOWLING ASSOCIATIONSCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
|
| Participate in an organized bowling program (USBC YOUTH, USBC league) in Pennsylvania. | |
| Be a graduate of or a graduating senior from a recognized secondary school with a minimum 2.0 QPA for grades 9-12 (first semester) with the intent to enter a post-high school institution of higher learning. | |
| Write a brief autobiography and state your personal qualifications including bowling and non bowling activities, offices held, etc. (see page 2 of the application). | |
| Provide an official high school transcript for grades 9-12 (first semester) with the completed application by March 1, 2008. | |
| Grants may be renewed for a second year upon submission of an application including college transcripts. However, first-year applicants will be considered before those requesting renewals. | |
| Funding for this program is provided totally by donations from individuals / local associations. |
