Entry closing date is July 15, 2007, Midnight.

MULTIPLE PARTICIPATION: Bowlers may participate more than once in
Team and Doubles. In TEAM no more then two players on the same
team can place more than once in the prize list for position
standings. DOUBLES - no case shall the same two bowlers be allowed
to place more than once in the prize list standings. ALL EVENTS –
Any bowlers’ first appearance in each event shall count toward all
events total.

No more than one individual who at time or entry who is a current
member, or who has applied for membership in any bowling
organization which identifies itself as 'professional' may compete
on a four member teem. Likewise, any one individual so identified
may compote on a doubles team.
4.
Tournament will consist of Team Event (2 men & 2 women) and
Doubles (1 man & 1 woman) and optional 6 games All Events.
5.
Handicap is 90% of 880 scratch for team, 440 scratch for doubles.
6.
Prize ratio for team & doubles will be at least 1 in 5, and all
events 1 in 10.
7.
Prize tees will be returned 100 percent.
8.
AVERAGES: Entrants shall use their highest USBC previous season's
winter league average. 21 or more games. If no winter league
average, entrants may use their highest summer league average,
21 games or more. !f no winter or summer league average entrants
may use their highest average for the 'current season', 21 games
or more as of May 1, 2007. ALL
OTHERS BOWL SCRATCH. IF AT THE TIME OF BOWLING ENTRANTS CURRENT
SEASONS AVERAGE OF 21GAMES OR MORE IS 10 PINS OR MORE HIGHER THAN
THE PREVIOUS SEASON'S AVERAGE OF 21 GAMES OR MORE, THE HIGHEST
AVERAGE MUST BE USED.
9.
RULE 319a, 319c, and 319e will apply to all bowlers.
10.
Tournament prize winnings of $300.00 or more must be reported.
11.
THE TOURNAMENT MANAGER SHALL COLLECT DUES FROM ANY BOWLER NOT IN
POSSESSION OF THEIR USBC MEMBERSHIP CARD. ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
FEES ARE $21.00.
12.
Each entrant in the tournament must be a member a local
association within the area served by the PENNSYLVANIA STATE
USBC BOWLING ASSOCIATION.
13.
Substitutions may be used when necessary as long as such
substitute meets all rules of eligibility. No substitutes will be
accepted for all events participation when any one event or
portion of any event has bean bowled by the original entrant or
substitute. Substitutes must bowl in the same position as the
original bowler and must be the same sex.
14.
Contestants shell bowl in order as submitted on the entry. Teem
captains shall check in ONE HOUR PRIOR TO STARTING TIME and
substitutions shall be made at that time. Two four member teams
may be paired on the same lanes it they so request and submit
entries together.
15.
Lane assignments for each event of this tournament shall be
scheduled by the tournament management.
16.
Awards of same type and quality will be awarded to scratch
champion and handicap winners in each event.
17.
Champions shall be declared on the basis of highest actual
pinfall.
18.
NO PRACTICE ON ANY SCHEDULED TOURNAMENT LANES FOR THAT DAY.
19.
Fees in full must accompany each entry. Advance reservations will
be held only until APRIL 1, 2007. Other entries must be filed or
postmarked prior to midnight July 15, 2007. Order of receipt of
entry fees will govern assignment of dates and squad times. ALL
ENTRIES MUST BE IN THE HANDS OF THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR AT LEAST
ONE (1)
WEEK BEFORE DATE SCHEDULED TO B0WL: NO WALK-IN ENTRIES WILL BE
ACCEPTED.
20.
In the event a tournament game or frame(s) within a game is
irretrievably lost the game or frame(s) may be re-bowled as
provided by the tournament management. Rule 327c.
21.
Bowlers from the Western Crawford Bowling Association will be
scheduled based on squad and lane availability except in
emergencies.
22.
An individual sponsoring 7 or more entries bowling in team and doubles
event on one squad or the same week end will be reimbursed for
his or her entry tee.
23.
Improper conduct during the course of your competition shell cause
for disqualification of score in that event
24. DRESS CODE: Proper
attire will be enforced by the on site tournament manager.
25. All decisions by the
tournament manager / on site tournament manager are final unless
an appeal is made in accordance with USBC rule 329.
26. The scratch and
handicap champions will be awarded a paid entry into the PSBA
Mixed Tournament the following year.
27. Individual
overpayments of $5.00 or less will not be refunded.
28.
Failure to comply with the above rules shall result in
disqualification.
